Sir, I would like to know whether the bal sheet and Profit & Loss Account pdf files that also need to be attached at the time of efiling the 3CB 3CD by the CA under the new revamped site need to be physically signed by the auditor and then scanned (to create pdf) or that the excel files (BS & PL) can be directly converted into pdf and submitted without physically signing them.

Yes it is to be physically signed first and thereafter it is to be uploaded for the purpose of ROC Returns. In income tax you have fill up the form and at the time of uploading it is to be singed by the partner of the director
