Mobile tower rent

I have been receiving mobile tower rent from Air Tel @ 10,000/- p.m.. But the tower installed on the land/building is my ancestral property having only 1/3rd share of myself. But the said property is not partitioned yet. But the tower rent is received by me only.. May I show the rental income in my IT Return ?

Linking of aadhar with pan

How a foreign national national working india get Aadhaar card . Because now AADHAR is mandatory for filing income tax returns from 1st July 2017 . foreign nationals e.g Korean Expats working India having PAN no but no Adhar Car how they can file return .

Sir,

1) Is there any restriction between religious trust and charitable trust for accepting or paying of donations, in cash
properties.
2) Same person becoming managing trustee, trustees of two different trusts,any restriction on funding mutually for charity payments,
3) Employees provident fundis is it combulsory for the trust office staff

Help needed for tax calculations

I need some small help from you in calculating the tax part from the taxation angel please.

We are selling a property where we are residing jointly.There will be shares like this:
Share 1,2,3
Section 54 states that only Only ONE house property can be purchased or constructed. Now how other shares be taken in this scenario and tax computation will be done?

1. Should the other two shares be taken through WILL or through gift deed with consideration?
2. What would be the best way to save tax as we are going to buy two new house properties using the Share Amount.
3. Is it a pre-requisite that we have to buy a new property within 6 Months of the sale date and construct it within 3 Years?

Please guide.Many Thanks in advance.

slab rates

as per finance act 17, rebate u/s 87A is 2500 for individuals whose income doesnt exceeding 350000 . does that mean that for those people whose income is above 350000 but below 500000 can claim 5000 as rebate ?
