CST - Monthly return

Does a Pvt. company has to submit any CST return separately to Sales Tax department EVERY MONTH? If yes, what is the form / return no., and the due date of return?

stipend for ca students

These query is for aca & fca .why insti kept stipend level so low .what are the basis on which stipend is calculated.are they considering inflation factor in the economy.

Formation of Trust for ESOP Scheme

Can anyone tell me where to get the Trust registered formed for the Benefit of the employees.

We have formed a Employee Benefit Trust purely for the purpose of providing ESOP to employees. The beneficiaries are all present n future employees.

So, according to me this is a Private Trust and Indian Trust Act is applicable to it.

Can anyone tell me where do we get this trust registered.

Depreciation on Building Work in Progress

We have a office building which is newly built, But its not fully completed.We have occupied the building in some floors but other floors works still in progress . Can any body suggest whether we can charge depreciation on the Work in progress cost or not?
