Bank Audit Fees

Can Service Tax be charged on out of pocket expenses to be reimbursed by the bank. If the bill for out of pocket expense is seperate from that of audit fees

if assessee has cenvat credit receivable balance as on 31-03-09 Rs.110000 then this credit can be utilised for the payment of service tax for the quarter ended on 30-06-09

input vat credit on capital goods purchase

Hi all of u.
greets.

Can we take input credit on capital goods purchase in D-vat.If yes then how ?

I think that we can take it 1/3 in 1st year, 1/3 in 2nd year & balance 1/3 in 3rd year.
Am i right ?
Please correct me.
