Can the promoter of a company give authority to attend to ROC to a person who is neither CA nor CS
Till now form 17 is not found in nsdl website, now we deposited our t.d.s in old challan no .281, pls tell me.
I had a doubt regarding Service Tax on Software Development Companies.
I am currently doing an audit of a Software Development company who are not paying any Service Tax on the grounds that it is not applicable to them. Is their view correct?
I was under the impresion that Service Tax is applicable even to Software Development Companies as well!

TDS is applicable for taking pigmy amount back from bank after one year or more. If amount is more than 20,000 or 50,000, if it is applicable under which section.
