I am having a rental income of Rs.20 lacs P.A. I want to know do I need to maintain accounts as the cheque received from tenants is deposited in my personal accounts and I will use it for my persoanl use.How should I show the expenses incurred by me as there is standard deduction of 30% only my expenses will work out to around 50% of the rent like salaries, electricity , telephone , conveyance, etc.

IN THE RECENT CIRCULAR OF CBDT IT IS STATED THAT THE ASSESSEE WHO IS FILING E-RETURN WITHOUT DIGITAL SIGNATURE NEEDS TO FILE ITR-V THROUGH MAIL TO BANGALORE.

MY QUESTION IS NOW CAN'T WE FILE ITR-V IN SUCH CASES AT THE LOCAL INCOME TAX OFFICE AS WE WERE DOING IN EARLIER YEAR.

We are availing SSI Expemption in Central Excise for Last Year, At the time availing we are crossed 1.5 cr limit.
