I am PCC student. After Re-registration i did not get I card and Registration letter.what is the procedure of geting New I card ?
In this Bugdet F.B.T. is totaly exemt.Whether it is applies from 1st april or date of Bugdet?

Is it compulsory to obtain CA certificate for remittance to a non resident or a foreign company even for import of plant & machinery or trading goods in the normal course of business. Please explain various types of payments covered under section 195 (6) of the Income TAx Act,1961. My clent wants to make payment for material it has imported form abroad. Whether form 15CA and 15CB are required to be submitted.

Proviso in sch xiv of companies act requires that an asset should be written off if its value is less than 5,000.
But for income tax should we add such asset to the block or can we expense it off... i think we should add to block.
What is the disclosure requirement under companies act for 100% depreciation? should we show in the P&L or in the depreciation schedule?
