industrial training

i want to do industrial training after giving my attempt of ca final but after that only 7 months will left of my articleship ......

..........so wat will i do......... can i extend my articleship period for 2 months to comply the rule minimum 9 months industrial training...................

Regarding 194J - CONSULTANCY PAID TO FOREIGEN COMPANY

if indian compay paid consultancy to foreign company kindly guide us whether provision of 194J is applicable if yes than at what rate is levied on aforesaid consultancy charges.
