We are a sole proprietorship providing installation services to a local authority. Will Service Tax have to be charged by us while providing services to any local authority- say a municipal corporation?
Can a local authority be regarded as a 'person' under the service tax provisions?

As we know that the employee is paying Rs 2000/- per month but provide the receipt of Rs 9000/- per month to the company.
Do the company should make any Restriction or he should accept that receipt
