please ,tell me when use 139(1) n 200 in TDS.i m sometime get confiused

sirs,I have a doubt regarding the following aspect In Chartered Accountant firms website Display of the partners photo's is allowed as per CA Act,1949? plz clarify me!

i reaad in many books, notes etc. that assessee must be same for carry forward and set off of business losses.
but i could not find the same in Income tax act.
please give the section for this provision.

My father-in law is having 10 Shares of Reliance Industries Ltd. The Share Certifiacte is in Paper from. As he purchased the shares way back 15 yrs, and still not bothered to convert into DEMAT......

Would he face any problem in converting the Certificate to DEMAt, especially when he does not have a PAN Card ?

In case, he want to transfer the share in my wife's name is that possible ?

Please clear my ambiguity

i realised dat studying audit theory itself is a tough thing rather than understanding it. when askd a question, i cud tell wat can be done to the best of my knnowledge, but wen it comes to studying, i find it different from other subjects. plss suggest a way out as i reallly need to pass the exam in my first attempt itself.

Is there any exemption from service tax on transport of goods by road?

It would be helpful if ref. of relevant notification/circular is also provided.

Dear Colleauges,Is there any rule by which a digital signature can be revoked by the MCA?Prescrutny was done without any errors,but on uploading,an error message showing that digital signatures attached were revoked was received.
