Director is given declaration as on 27th feb, 2013 and the board meeting is held on 20th march, 2013 and passed a resolution that the effective date of retirement of the director is 27th Feb, 2012 shall it is possible ?
and when i have to filled form 32 the which event date i have to write 20th march or 27th Feb ?

HI, I WANT TO KNOW DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RESERVE FOR BAD DEBTS AND PROVISION FOR BAD DEBTS..

Ours is a pvt. ltd. company in which M.D. was appointed for 5 years and the same expired in the year 2012 and we have not passed any resolution for reappointment. Now we want to increase there remuneration what are the necessary forms or resolution that we are to file and whether we need to intimate it to ROC also.

i am devesh kumar sharma. i belong to a very rural area hathras up( very small village). i have passed cpt in 1st attempt,pcc both group in may 2012. i joined ca course in 2007 and completed my articalship(very bad manner due to very bad exposure).sir i don't have knowledge of work so i can get a good job now and after completing ca final. so i am really in frustration. and i have to prepare for ca final too.I have done b.com(1st div.),m.com(good 2nd div.).
so now please give me your very best suggestion that can be helpful to outcome my self from the problem.
