Ltcg on shop

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I HAVE SOLD ONE SHOP AT RS.20 LACS AND LTCG ON THAT SHOP IS RS.5 LACS. ALSO PURCHASED AFTER A WEEK ONE SHOP AT RS.16 LACS. PLEASE TELL ME THE AMOUNT OF EXEMPTION AVAILABLE ON SUCH PURCHASE OF NEW SHOP.

Housing loan interest

For 3 years housing loan interest is claimed equally by wife & husband as the house & loan is in both name. For current year wife dont have any income. In this case husband can claim full interest in his return for current year & subsequent year?

Urgent--tally recovery

By mistake i have uninstalled tally erp 9. It is deleted from recyclebin too.. Can i recover all tally backups again? Please reply..Its urgent

Personal assets in itr-4

Experts,

An individual is maintaining both personal and business balance sheets separately i.e. personal (including residential house, home loan, jewellery etc. and business BS (including office, furniture etc.)

Now my question is while filing ITR-4, that individual has to combine assets and liabilities of personal BS and business BS or can show only assets and liabilities which are there in business BS only ??
