Can anyone tell me if we increase the capital of any company from rs. 500000 to rs. 800000, then there will be any fee for form SH-7 or not?

What is the accounting treatment for Equity Dividends, Preference Dividends (for redeemable as well as non-redeemable). Should preference dividend shown in p/l appropriation account?
