I HAVE FILLED ITR-1 OF MY A.Y 12-13 & 13-14, AS PER DETAILS AVAILABLE IN FORM 16 AND IN 26AS (ABOUT TDS, ETC).I HAVE VERIFIED MY 26AS BEFORE FILING MY RETURN AND THE SAME MATCHED PERFECTLY WITH MY FORM 16 AND AFTER SUBMITTING MY RETURN NO DATA AVAILABLE IN 26AS AND I GOT DEMAND INSTEAD OF REFUND AS I HAVE CLAIMED BY INTIMATION U/S.143(1). PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE PLEASE
CAN I FILE 1(ONE) ROC FORM DIR-12
TO APPOINT MR.A AS A DIRECTOR AND RESIGN MR.B AS DIRECTOR ON THE SAME DATE.
IS IT MANDATORY TO FILE DIR-11 FOR RESIGNING A DIRECTOR.

I applied for reverifiaction of my paper 2 but there was option to refund of money in case of change in marks and I choosed that , but I confused about refund of money , is that such refund money is of exam fees

Every director is required to made disclosure in the first board meeting of the financial year but what about the directors who are not in India. Can they send the form MBP-1 via mail scan copy or courier or fax or they should place it in the meeting they attend later on.
