can we file in form DIR - 12 for the both appointment of director & resignation director in one form.

A friend started filing ITR online since ay11-12. last manual filing was done in ay10-11.
In the manual filing years, his PAN is wrong (due to some typing error one "E" letter has been misspelt as "F").
In 2013, he had got a demand notice for ay10-11. He had replied that his PAN is wrongly mentioned and there is nothing pending from his side.
Now, his online account is showing a demand notice for the same year (ay10-11).
What is the way out?
My Querys :I have two flats and both are small so I have given for rent and showing as let out as of now. But I am staying in a rent house which is bigger one that is suitable for me. As of now I am not claiming any tax benefir as part of HRA. My doubt is whether I can claim HRA while showing rent on my let out flats?

Sir. I'll be appearing for Group 1 in November'14 exams.This will be my second attempt.I couldn't clear my first attempt in May'14 both groups.I'm working harder now. Is there possibility that I'll get in Big Four if I clear only single group in second attempt ?
