MY EMPLOYER HAS NOT SHOWED ANY EXEMPTED ALLOWANCE IN FORM16 . KINDLY LET ME KNOW IF STILL I CAN CLAIM FOR EXEMPTED ALLOWANCE . THEY HAVE JUST MENTIONED AS PERS PAY ALLOWANCES UNDER THE TAXABLE SALARY HEAD.

How would I know my tds return accepted or not?

now I have recd the amount of pre matured STD along with interest.
Whether this interest is taxable in my hand and under which head ?
Other wise I fall in 30% bracket..

IS THIS RIGHT OR WRONG WHAT TO DO .WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY.

One of my known have income of Rs. 40,000/-in financial year 2012-13 from professional services . service receiver deducted tds RS.4000/- @ 10% and deposited. My quarry is she need to file income tax return? If yes which form should she need to fill up ?
