Appointment of auditor when old auditor resigned.

An Auditor Mr X of Company ABC Pvt Ltd resigned on 19/8/2014.

Now the company wants to appoint Mr F as the auditor.

Agm is to be hold on 28/9/2014.

What is the procedure of appointment of new auditor and filing of documents to roc.

pls advice.

Reverse charge mechanism

If an entity liable to pay tax under reverse charge suppose in case of works contract, where receiver liability is 3.708% or 4.326%, if service provider charges ST @ 12.36% in the invoice. Then will the liability of service receiver be the same i.e. 3.708% or 4.236% or it will be 6.18% i.e. half of 12.36%?

A bill raised by a hospital amounts to 10000.
Is it should be consider inclusive of service tax.

can Tan if taken once can be surrendered.....or if the assessee has not deducted any tax then too he is liable to file return under sec 200

company (which sells books, softwares) has purchased tablet of rs. 7579 for testing application and for giving demo. so tablet comes under which head..fixed asset or expense..if expense then which expense?
