It is presumed that the in the Board Meeting either Director or Secretary should place an agenda but in Govt Companies Directors are reluctant to sign anything.
The Agenda is being placed by the Head of Departments under their signatures.
My query is, does this placing of Agenda for Board Meeting anyone other than Director constitutes assignment of Office.

I have cleared my both the groups of IPCC in May 2014 attempt.i have already entered into agreement with my principal and application for articleship registration is yet to be sent to Institute...Now many other students are saying that I have to register for Ca Finals along with articleship within 45 days of declaring result..Now my question is which registration has to be done first??finals or articleship??or both applications have to be sent together in a Single Envelope?...plese answer me.....

I wanted to download conso file & justification report from Traces to revise TDS return becoz there were plenty of PAN errors. But details were given in TDS return were totally wrong. That's a doing a lots of efforts for making PAN combination & putting challan details, coun't get conso & justification report. As I have discussed with customer care..contacts@cpc.gov.in but couldn't get the proper response. they asked me to meet the Assessing offier. But I don't know how to find him. A pvt. ltd. co. registered on 1 June 2013 but first auditor was not appoint by board of director in the period of 30 days and EGM in 90 days, but now company wants to appoint first auditor.
Please advise Legal Proceeding for appointment of first auditor to C.A. and Company
