I have filled my TDS returns 1 month delay
so department has raise penalty u/s 234E for late filling of TDS return @ 200/- per day.
what can I do?
If there is any provision to file appeal?
Please help me.

Can pvt ltd company get credit card in its name ?
I mean as company have its own bank account, own pan , So it is possible to also get credit card in company name ?
