Input service credit on insurance premium

Dear All

Can we avail input service tax credit on insurance premium paid on plant & machinery, colony residential buildings, vehicles insurance, transit insurance, factory buildings and non-factory buildings in a manufacturing unit

Penalty on late filling of tds return

Sir,
I have filled my TDS returns 1 month delay
so department has raise penalty u/s 234E for late filling of TDS return @ 200/- per day.

what can I do?
If there is any provision to file appeal?
Please help me.

1) where we have to disclose Fixed Deposits in the Balance Sheet?

2) We are opening Fixed Deposits for the Margin Money on BGs/ LCs, where we have to disclose these FDs in the Balance Sheet?
