Hi, I got registered with my firm on 3 jan 2011 and my principal who was a paid assistant eligible for training an article under him as per regulation no 43. But he left the firm in September 2011....and now I have my exams due in nov 13....so wot shall I do....please assist me with the same whots the status of my articleship as m still working with the firm but my pricipal left the firm long back.

as audit u/s 44AD is not considered while reckoning the limit of 45 audits.

If not whether wct tds is to be deducted and paid?
