pls suggest which form needs to file with roc and which section governs this.

Our company is in UP. We had made sale of Corrugated box in UP to Manufacturer-Exporter. They are giving us Form E for Exemption of VAT. But the Commercial Tax Department is demanding us for RITC of That sale made by us.

Can the exporter give us Form H against above said sale?

Sir, if the assessee who maintaints the books of accounts has the profit more than 8% on the turnover of Rs.55 lacs, can he opt to officer the income @8% under sec 44AD

WE have entered into an agreement with Master card.

In view of same, prepaid (hard) card will be provided by Master card.

We will pay them for the same as "Card production charges".

Kindly advise whether TDS would be deducted while making payemnt for same.

I want to know that there is any software or utility for exporting data from excel to tally for free.

I was a student of PCC and i converted to IPCC as per the guidelines of ICAI.
But till date I have not received the letter of conversion.
Can someone guide me what to do in this case?

But no one is replying/receiving the call.
