Revenue Stamp on rent receipt

I am making cash payment of Rs 4000 as rent then receipt of rent should contain revenue stamp of Rs. 1 with signature on revenue stamp.
Also tell me the Act where I can find the related provision.

our company employee was given Rs.100000/-to charitable foundation on that how much amount will be qualified for tax exemption u/s 80G

On that 50% amount (50000/- ) allowable or not ?

Am i eligible to appear in CA Final exam going to be held in May 2008.

Hi, i am in a serious confusion regarding my eligibility to appear in CA Final Exam. I was registered as an article trainee and a student of CA Final Course on 01.06.2006 . Since then i am continuing my professional training. Whether i can appear in May 2008 Exams or not even for a single group.

I hope you will help me in this matter.
