Heya everyone my query is that i have taken few classes of sfm from aditya jain sir n I m having all video lectures of sanjay saraf sir of 2014 batch n in previous 2 attempt i studied have portion of which i took classes from aditya jain sir n rest from sanjay sir but both tym ii wasn't able to clear my exams so my query is that this time i shud study the way i was studying or shud study the whole from sanjay sir as i have not taken all classes of aditya jain sir ......please suggest me what is good for me..........its a little bit urgent please help me...........

I had a cnoversation with income tax department on helpline number where that executive has informed me that i can do so but on the other hand Bank manager is denying for the same.

I have a already very worst experience with the knowledge and excuses of Bank personnel irrespective of their Designation.

A friend of mine who is a direct entry student has to appear for May 2017 IPCC Exams. The new format of online application requires a service declaration certificate to be submitted online after getting signed by their pricipal. The problem is my friend has completed 14 months of articleship and has terminated due to medical reasons. She is yet to joine a new firm. Kindly help as to how she can apply for May 2017 IPCC exams.

On the basis of the accounting records and other information and explanation provided to us, we have compiled the unaudited balance sheet of “Mr. XYZ” as at 31st March, XXX and the related profit and loss for the period then ended.

“Mr. XYZ” is responsible for –

(a) Completeness and accuracy of the underlying data and complete disclosure of all material and relevant information to the accountant.
(b) Maintaining adequate accounting and other records and internal controls and selecting and applying appropriate accounting policies.
(c) Preparation and presentations of financial statements in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, if any.
(d) Establishing controls to safeguard the assets of the entity and preventing and detecting frauds or other irregularities.
(e) Establishing controls for ensuring that the activities of the entity are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and preventing and detecting any non-compliance.

The compilation engagement was carried out by us in accordance with the Standard on Related Services (SRS) 4410, “Engagements to Compile Financial Information”, issued by the ICAI.

The balance sheet and the profit and loss account are in agreement with the books of account. We have not audited or reviewed these financial statements and accordingly express no opinion thereon.


IS THE ABOVE FORMAT “CORRECT AND ACCURATE”???

Can CA provide professional services without having Certificate of Practice (COP)?
