I would like to know the treatment of foreign tax credit in case of salaried individuals and its treatment in ITR?
excess payment of service tax
Assessee paid service tax of RS. 70000/- instead of liability of RS. 14000/-. How Assessee get the refund of the difference amount and if adjustment posibble how do that as the difference amount will not exhausted in next one or two year?

sir i get a huge amount for aproject to be executed as advance money.after wards as the projrct progress they are billed.so when is service tax to be charged .initaliy or when invoice is raised.
