Flat Membership in Hsg. Soc.

Facts :

There are 2 Holders (Husband & Wife resp.) to a Flat in a Co-op Hsg. Soc.situated in MUMBAI. First Holder has died.

Query :

1]What is the Procedure for Deletion of 1st Holder's Name from the Ownership of Flat ?
2]Further, 2 unmarried daughter's names need to be added as 2nd & 3rd Holders resp.
what will be the Documentaion,etc need to be complied with ?
3]Any Deed / NOC need to be submitted ?
4]Any Notary,etc need to be done ?
5]Can the Flat be sold without such Deletion of 1st Name ?
6]Does the 2nd Holder is deemed to enjoy 100% Ownership on 1st Members's Death ?

effective date for payment of S T


Service Tax Register on December 2007,
assessing officer says S T should be pay from June 2007. The service provider of Rent existing before June 2007.

They have to pay Service Tax from the June onwards or after the registration date

Rent TDS not paid

please clear me

i fail to deduct rent TDS for Financial Year 2007-2008 Rent is Rs.15000/- per month i.e. Rs.1,80,000/- for the year
in this case what can i do.
in F.Y.2007-08 expenses allow or not and still i paid TDS or Not?

Service Tax Applicable

Hi,

Whether service tax is applicable on royalty.

If yes, whether Trust has any exemption for such collection.

Stock Transfer

If we are transfering goods from UP to outside state in depot(Bihar).While we are caculating Monthly return we have to reversed(UP VAT Purchase rate-CST) ITC avil on UP Purcashe on depot transfer or is any other option are avilable?
