i am doing audit of an mfi registered as a society. What is the implication if i include grant from promotors to increase the networth of the society. and what is the treatment if there is an amount collected from members for some purpose. what is the maximum limit of interest to be paid on unsecured loans? please this is urgent

If we paid service tax on rent & received service tax on rent by letting out same unit then we get the input on these transaction or not

as an auditor is it necessary to check the the actuarial techniqus used by the enterprise if it is a approved Actuarary

Suppose a person who has income but that is below threshold limit & he is not liable to pay any taxes. If he files the return after due date ( 31st july for individual) it will attract any interest or penalties or it will do.

most of the services like rent,commission,advt are liable to T.D.S and service tax also govt is coollecting tax on both the way .why the method has been followed ?same is in case of F B T.?if any one support this coment.pls reply friends.

my attamt in may 09. but ca refuse to give any holiday due to bad relation. so how many holiday i can take as per ICAI.
