Compliances

A client has the degree of Architect but don't have the license for the same. He is started his own business in the location, Chandigarh. Now he is not maintaining any books of accounts.
1) I am confused to start from where.
2) His income is below Rs 2lacs.
3) Not maintained in P&L and B/S.
4) Head's of income shown is: Under the head of Consultancy & Contract.
5) TDS was charged under the head of consultancy and contractor.
Can anyone tell me how to go with it.

Housing Loan

Sir
I wanna know that client(individual) have forgotten to show housing loan taken few year ago and also property in Last year's returns and also not claimed deduction u/s 80C and now i wanna know that whether that loan & property can be shown in current year return & B/s. What is the procedure, compliance and tax implications in this case and whether client can claim 80C of loan installment paid and interest U/s 24 in current year ?

Import of Package software

Dear Sir,

I want to import a software from Europe for my business requirement. It will be delilvered on a CD.

I want to know do I need to decduct TDS from the payment which I make to this Company in Euros. This Company has no brach office in India.

What other taxes I need to pay to import this software like custom or service tax etc?

Cleaning Loss Entry in Tally

Hi all,

i have one query regarding stock
i am using tally 9

suppose purchase is 100 mt @ 1250 Rs/Mt total amount is Rs.125000.

i am giving this 100 mt for cleaning process, after cleaning process i am getting 90 mt as finish goods.

can any body tell me what would be finish goods value and what would be cleaning loss amount.

please also tell me which entry to pass in tally and how.
