Please give me the procedure & Format to obtain DIN for Foreign National

If a agency supplying house keeping services claims reimbrusements for house keeping material against original purchase bill (which the agencg must have got at time of purchase )submited by them and VAT is charged in that bill by seller (not the agency), can such agency charge service tax on whole purchase bill of house keeping material (for the Bill, for which they are claiming reimbursement). If yes/ no, under which section or notification.

Can any one send me Format of Affedavit for Father Name as passport copy carry only mother name for application of DIN

I had taken a transfer on 25/03/2009 but have still not submitted the form no.109 and form 102,103 of new principal.So can I do that now or not?

Whether expenses incurred on increase in authorised capital / Incorporation expenses of ROC are allowable to the extent of 20% or not?
Further what AS-29 says about such expenses?

A Public Limited company has been incorporated in March 09 but it has not commenced business before 31st March nor it has received any share application money nor it has a bank account. The first board meeting has been held before march 31st. What are implications regarding audit of the balance sheet as on 31st March 09

Hello Sir,
i am appering for PE-II from last two years but not yet cleared. I am also doing job in CA firm from last three years, due to office i am not able to concentrate on study , so that i am not yet cleared.I am getting payment of Rs.15000/- P.M & my boss is not agree for giving me leave for exam.Now this June.09 is my last attempts.
So plz tell me whether i should leave the job or with job i should study hard.

and wat rate of interest is given to others , whose money is deposited in the firm.
please tell both the maximum and minimum rates, in both the cases.

In the Statement in lieu of Prospectus for a limited company, preliminary expenses details are to be mentioned. Whether the expenses of only upto incorporation are to be included in such preliminary expenses or the expenses on getting the businesses commencement would also be included in the preliminary expenses
