One business is closed down. Its original service tax registration certificate is lost. To cancel the service tax registration original certificate is required or an affidavit is required. Does any one have an affidavit. Pls help. Thanks in advance

After the Return Preparation Utility (RPU for E-TDS Returns) from NSDL is filled up an error message is displayed that Bank Challan details are mandatory for Non-Government deductors.
But I am unable to locate Bank Challan details coloumn in the RPU Software. This software only mentions Transfer Voucher/Challan No. and not Bank Challan no.
Kindly guide me and provide some solution for the same.
