Windows XP

I am using Windows XP. Whenever I try to open the website having Active X controls the image does not appear automatically. Instead a small bar appears at the top(below the menus) which says Active X is disables. I am able to right click on that bar and select the option run Active X controls. But I do not want to do this every time .I want to enable running of Active X automatically without my intervention. How Can I do this.?

TDS due date for the month of March

dear sir,

can you please tell me what is the due date for the month of march for tds payment because i have heard about some notification or circular which is retrospectively given effect for 31st may due date upto the date of filling

if same is correct then please give circular number or notification

Waiver of Bonus Shares

Respected Members,

Can a Right to receive bonus shares be waived by any of the existing shareholder (Holding Company) in case of unlisted public company.

Can the Articles of a company be amended to give effect to waiver of bonus shares.

Kindly advice..... ASAP.

SHARING CUSTOMS DUTY BETWEEN CENTRE AND STATE GOVT

Can anyone please tell me how the import customs duty and service tax collected is shared between the Central and State Govts. Please specify the percentage also.
