hi, my final exams in nov.2010 and i cleared my pcc in nov.2009.
can i cleared my exams without taking coaching classes because i cant afford these too much high fees of coaching.

One of our cliant having income from salary Rs. 124711, remuneration as partner Rs. 24000, profit from partnership firm(Trading of Chemical) Rs. 30300 and Insurance commission Rs. 97573 Total= Rs. 276584
Whether he is liable to maintain books of Accounts U/s 44AA or not ?

Please give advise on that...

about performance guarantee

we have given a performance guarantee to the Government for a service contract. But it was encashed by the Govt. due to non compliance of the contract. It can be considerd as Business Expenditure under income tax. Please clarify.

I paid to dealer 100.00 Rs only.

we are the Manufacture of Printed Lables and Cartons. we are exported goods under 100% EOU . so were we are applied the unutilised CENVATE CREDIT refund which is used to related export 100% EOU if it is possible please guide us if it is possible should we are applied at Central Excise Range or Division office or DGFT please advice and also give us related notification jns.umesh@gmail.com
