one of my client had refund of XXXX figures for A.Y. 2012-13, the same was processes but the whole figure was adjusted against demand from a.y. 2007-08 onwards, however all due taxes were paid for the said a.y.'s . we did not received any intimation or order of demand for earlier years and received intimation u/s 143(1) for a.y. 2012-13 stating processed and adjustments, i was not able to get the intimations or order of demand for earlier a.y. 's online....kindly suggest me what is the course of maesures required to claim unjust adjustments.... and what is the time limit.......
if a vendor purchase goods 110 including vat 10% this goods sold by vendor same price and profit charge way of delivery charges vendor issued both voucher one bill Rs 110 and delivery charge rs. 20 is vat applicable on rs. 20
