Dear Sirs:

We have received order from a customer whose registered address is at Mumbai. As per the terms and conditions of the order, part of the order has to be delivered to Chennai and the invoice has to raise to their Mumbai address. Is it OK whether we can raise the invoice - Bill to Mumbai address and Deliver to Chennai address with CST and send the goods by courier to Chennai? In this case, usually we will raise the invoice to Mumbai with CST and delivery to Chennai with supporting documents as delivery challan for demo purpose with approx amount. Kindly correct me whether the procedure follow is right or wrong? Please guide me

If I have let out my property at my home town for which I am receiving annual rent of Rs.300000/-. I am also paying municipal tax for the said property of Rs.10000/- from my own bank account. I have taken a loan for the said property and for which I had paid Rs.500000/- towards interest & Rs.150000/- for prinicipal during the year.

What will be the actual loss? You are requested to give the detailed calculation.

I am going to appear ca final examinations in may-2013.I preferred to the self study for ca final. Suggest me which subjects can do the self study along with suggest the books for self study to each subject.I had a doubt regarding online classes whether they will teach well and clarify the doubts or not.Please also suggest online classes for each subject which helps me a lot.This is the first time i taken decision to do the self study because of my articles ship conditions.Please help me in this matter

Sir,
I got registered as an article assistant on October 3,2012 and opted for B.com in form 112 on that date.I passed ICWAI foundation in June 2012.later i took transfer and applied for Re-registration and filled Form 112 asking permission for ICWAI.ICWAI inter registration date 28-11-2012.
2. Recently i got a letter from institute asking for date of joining and completion of B.com
3.I have with me B.com Discontinuance certificate stating that student is discontinued after December 2012
4.Will that be a valid evidence.

i have given my ipcc exam in may 2013...if i apply for articlshp through direct entry...will it harm my exam?
what do i do..!!!
