kindly request to you explain how maintain petty cash in tally & excel sheet, question 1. if i give xyz to 5000 for petty expense & xyz give bills to accounts for 4000 then how much entries passed in tally & how many column in excel sheet,

Please advice how to down load the FORM 16 and Form 16A.

I know form 16A should be download only from TRESS software compulsary. Is this same even for Form 16 also? and what is the procedure for download and distrribute the the FORM 16 to my employees.

I cleared my CA in this year and i am getting an offer in a Raw Material Dept. of a manufacturing company.
My responsibilities will include:

Preparation of Daily Stock Report of Raw material received and consumed.
Reporting to the DGM.
Preparation of monthly MIS.
Cost Analysis of Raw materials received by rail.
Data entry in Tally 9 ERP of raw material received in qty and value.
Preparation of other reports as and when required by the management.

Now my confusion is that the job profile doesnt includes any matter relating to Taxation or compliance with any of the relevant AS,in short it is not the part of my curriculum.

Whether it is advisable to opt for this specified job profile or i should look for another opportunities.

C.y taxable service is rs.7lacs service tax payment is made in the next year service tax registration can be surrendered

i had filed ITR of my client in jan 13 claiming refund of Rs.15000/-

but i forgot to send the ITR V so my return is not processed yet and my cleint has not received refund.

Time limit of 120 days has already expired.

My question :
can we send the ITR V now or should i again file the return and send the new ITR V ?

in case assesse declaring income less then 8%.
is e-filling of audit report u/s 44AD mandatory, whose turnover is less then 1 crore and declaring income less then 8%
