one of my friends is doing a business of staffing service from India to USA. Means he is recruiting employees for a company outside India through online, who are interesting to do jobs by their qualifications and he is receiving money in dollars($) which are deposited in his account. Can anybody please clarify whether is this service attracted to service tax or not, if attracted at what rate.

Biggest mistake in itr for ay 2014-15

Dear Experts,

I have filed ITR 2 for a client for AY 2014-15 but the date of filing shows as 01/08/2014.

Also,due to some error in the Utility,LTCg @10 % and a big amount involved has been skipped.

I am not able to revise the return also and want to offer the income for tax.

Please guide me what can be done.

It is urgent.

Lost roll number

one of my friend appeared in ca final examination in may2014 but he lost his admit card and forget his roll number.. so any one can tell me way to find out roll number
