2)Bank FD & saving account interest
3)Mutual fund dividend
4)Annuity
which income are taxable & which are not
have omitted to file form16 received from employer while filing annual return.can revise and return?
whether director should hold any shares as qualification shares ...if so how many minimum number of shares?

I am CA & CS inter, having auditing experience in Ca firm of one n half yrs. now I want to join corporate companies, I have had forwarded my resume to some of my friends and also uploaded on different job sites but after one month have passed I have not received single mail or call, may I know if I am searching in right direction or what else shall I do/try which can give me atleast some offers??
