I retired from govt job last year and recieved some money from gratuity/PF etc.
Can you please tell me if I need to show these in the ITR form? I believe all these are exempt.....

Should this salery be counted for FY2013-14?
I am doing business of manufacturing nails & for which raw material is copper wire on which I have paid Excise & CST levied by Supplier. My Turnover is below Rs.1Crore.
I want to Know How Can I take Credit of Excise & CSt Paid On Raw material if I am Not passing on Excise duty & CST to My Customers.

Can I deduct house rent allowance from my salary income. If yes than how much and under which section. As such i am paying this house rent to my mother since last 3 year. but never take any deduction on this account. I hear from my friend that I am eligible for deduction on this. Kindly clarify.
