Hello everybody... I have cleared ca final in may 2014 attempt. As i applied for job in a ca firm, they will admit me as a partner and they demands my cop to surrender to them. Is it safe?And what to do in future if i want to retire from that firm?

Dir 12 for appointment of cs

pls help me, my question will I face any problem in filing Dir 12 for appointment as cs, as my Pan Card has maiden surname(before marriage) and and My membership certificate after marriage name. thanks in anticipation.
