Assessee sold a residential house property and purchased a new one fulfilling conditions of section. However there is one more residential house in the name of assessee on date of transfer. Will the exemption u/s 54 available? Pls reply wrt "a residential house" mentioned in Budget 2014.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received a letter from ICAI specifying that Articleship registration has been cancelled due to ineligibility of CA as he can't train more than 3 person. I was the 4th person to register. But after receipt of my letter, My CA received FCA certificate from Delhi. He sent a letter to ICAI regarding re-registration. My query is Whether they will register me for this letter or I have to follow any other procedures regarding this?? Please help me. I am worried.
