Is there any form required to be filled with ROC for appointment of First auditor? As i passed the Board Resolution through First Board Meeting and the appointment of Auditor is approved in that meeting.
A assesssee is engaged in sale and purchase of lottery tickets and got commission for the same..but he is not selling or buying tickets on his own nameinstead he is selling & buying tickets on the behalf of his principal.wheather the assessee is liable tax for audit u/s 44ab when his commission income exceed 1cr or when his turnover exceed by 1cr.please clarify the same

When is tds to be deducted on salary whether on payment or when it becomes payable.for eg. salary payable date 30.8.2013 & salary payment date 31.3.2014. Which date will be consider for Tax deduction. Plz tell me with confirmation.
