M/S XYZ Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of dry flowers and this company has all export sales, it engages a transport company who takes all the finished goods from its factory and delivers the goods directly at port from where the goods are exported outside India.

M/S XYZ Pvt. Ltd. is an exporter all the finished goods are exported out of India.

In this regard I want to know whether service tax will be levied on M/S XYZ Pvt. Ltd. as a service receiver accoring to notification no. 26/2012 under the category of " Goods Transport Agency ".

How can I file return for a person who was to retire last year but passed away before that.

I have registered for Ipcc on Jan 2010. Since IPCC registration is valid for 4 years, I can appear Nov 13 exam no doubt about it, but my query is that my registration will expire on on Jan 14 & result will be declared in Feb 14 so will i have to revalidate my registration? If i dint then can i will get my result.

Dear Sir,
A person has income from business of Rs 12690/- and Long term Capital Gain 177400/-
total amounting to Rs 190090/- below excemption limit but when filling details in ITR 4 EXCEL Format it was showing tax liability of Rs 2100/- why so as capital gain is adjusted with Maximum Excemption Limit.
Please help...

From my salary TDS was deducted in 3 different TAN but while entering in ITR i had entered only one TAN no so now they had sent demand notice. How to rectify that?

or
He can't opt 44ad, as his business is in the nature of commission.

Me registered for ipcc in jan 2009.
I had Cleared My 2nd group of ipcc in nov 2011 and in may 2013 applied for re-validation of my ipcc registration.(1st group not passed till now)

but i have one query my 2nd group cleared is exempt upto what period?

i somehow lost my hall paper and right now i do only have blur memory of Roll Number unfortunately it was invalid and moreover right now i am outside india..so can anybody please tell me how to check my result or roll number?
