Notice for candidature of a person for directorship

acc to section 160 rule 13 company have to give 7 days notice to its member for the candidatuer of the person for directorship.

But if company want to call agm at shorter notice of 2 days.then is it possible for the company to publish notice of candidature before the notice of agm.

Which fields are mandatory to fill in itr

i have income from salary and business

i have not maintained books of account
so which fields are mandatory to show in itr 4 as cash in hand, stock in hand etc

Form 16a download

Dear sir,

My one of the relative is commission agent for RD and she/he got amount of commission after deducting TDS under section 194 H

But she/he did not get form 16A.

Kindly guide it is possible for me to download form 16A, then how to get form 16A because TDS deductor person is said you may be get TDS certificate your self.

will he require to deduct TDS in F.Y.2014-15 on various payments
