Hi, Myself Ankur Garg n working in a recruitment co. i have a query that a person in which condition can claim both HRA benefit for rent paid and interest paid on home loan benefit in a financial year. if he can claim both then how n if he cannot then why?...kindly suggest.

I an CA final year student. Is orientation certificate of ICAI or articleship training is sufficient in order to take exemption in cs induction program of 7 days..

Please let me know that is it mandatory to give articleship form 102 & 103 with IPCC to IPC conversion form or i can join articleship later after confirmation received from ICAI regarding conversion.

So, Please answer me, how I can Register on Traces as I don't have previous year data for registration and how to download form 16B?

Suppose a person is having construction business, he purchased a plot of land for Rs 50 lakhs in 2000-01 & sold it to a firm in which he is a partner for Rs 96 lakhs in 2012-13. Whether it is a capital gain or business income? His business is construction business & not purchases & sale of land. If it is a business income whether he is liable for tax audit?

I'd written May-13 exam for IPCC but didn't clear any group and I've completed my ITT Training program but still I've to complete Orientation Course. Can i get convert Direct Entry Scheme of IPCC and do my Orientation classes afterwards or i've to complete first my orientation and then convert to Direct Entry Scheme??? Please Reply...
