sir i ve cleared cs group 1 in last attempt..,,,,am i eligible for direct entry in ipcc.......and what is the requirements for that.

Who can issue a Legal Heir certificate ?

please provide me current RSP slab for charging excise duty in cement manufacturing industry.

my client is in trading business in Ahmedabad. He is also exporting goods to dubai. he filling regular monthly VAT Returns. There is a mistake in May 2013 Return. It has come to his notice now i.e in August 2013. So can he revise that return? if yes, will he liable to any kind of penalty? What will be the amount of penalty.
