Articalship

i am doing ipcc group 2.. is it possbile to filling articalship form after nov13 with late penalties? so i am not loosing my final attempt.. if i will filling the form on the last date i.e 30 oct. & giving penalties for 1 months extension then i join before within that period .. with the specified reason which is sign by c.a.. is if possbile?????

Is it the duty for the salaried person to deduct tds on rent paid in excess of 180000/-.

Pan card

One of my client want to do Pan Card. He has Idetity proof and adress proof as voter card he has changed his house as a result that address proof is not valid for pan card. now what he will do for address proof for pan card
