I want to become a director of indian public company

plz suggest me what to do to becomme a director of any public company in india.
is there any requirement of sending notice to co.14 days before AGM of co.etc etc plz explain it??????

Deduction of tds

Is it the duty for the salaried person to deduct tds on rent paid in excess of 180000/-.

Pan card

One of my client want to do Pan Card. He has Idetity proof and adress proof as voter card he has changed his house as a result that address proof is not valid for pan card. now what he will do for address proof for pan card

Regarding current position of taxability of service related to labour contract

Could anyone here help me in providing detail about current provisions of partial reverse charge under service tax in cage of service received from labour contractor.
