hello sir i applied for transfer of articleship on 31/05/2013 but still i did not get any answer.i checked my registration status online but also there transfer not registered.i called the icai agent they said due to insufficient documents transfer and termination not done. so now i want to know whether i have to send only that documents or 109 and 103 both? and they will accept it after so many days or not?

My query is can a husband and wife claim HRA tax exemption as individuals.
e.g Husnand HRA component in salary: 10000
Wife's HRA component in salary: 10000

Total rent paid : 22000

If i'm paying my service tax liability through cheque dated 5-7-2012 for the month of June. It is cleared after 2 or 3 days.
then what is the date of payment of ST, either 5-7-2012 or 7-7-2012 ?

A company is incorporated in July, 2013. The first Directors of the company are already directors of other companies.

In this case do we have to take the 24AA Notice as on 31st March, 2013?
