I had taken loan from father and my bhabhi of Rs. 5.00 lac each during the year 2006-2007. Both have expired now and no one is asking for refund of the loan. And in future also, there is no chance that any one will demand the refund of the loan. Now, how should I adjust the said loan in my account ?

Sir, CBDT has extended due date to file TAR to 30.11.2014. Now my question is if a dealer files his ITR after 30.09.2014 (dealer is liable to get his account audited u/S 44 ab) what penalties will be levied for filing return after due date.
