Dear all,

I am there in a excise unit. We sold the material with an excise invoice in May 2013. And now on Aug. we provide a supplementary invoice regarding that invoice due to by mistake rate was low in the previous invoice. Again excise is applicable in the invoice and it is more than 100,000/-. Should we also submit the interest on this excise amount from may to aug., if yes how much percentage?

As you will be aware that the new companies bill has been passed by the Rajya Sabha and the entire Companies Act,1956 has been revamped, I want to know how this will affect the December 2013 exams.

The ICSI has not issued any notification regarding the applicability of the new companies bill for December 2013 exams.

Kindly inform how to start preparing for the December exams.

My Friend want to file IT return for the FY 2011-12 and 2012-13. In 2011-12 his income from stipend is around 35000 pa and no other income is there.
In 2012-13 his stipend income is around 25000 and income from salary from one MNC as per Form 16 is 201775.Total income after all deductions like PF,conveyance(not considering stipend)come to 183420.No TDS till now. Now how to File the return in this regard(particularly for the FY 2012-13) ?

Hi all,
I'm in the scheme CPT-IPCC-Final.
I started my articles on 11th April 2011.
My eligibility for final exam was Nov 2013.

However i applied for transfer of my articles on 15th May 2012 and got re-registered on 9th Aug 2012. Now my articleship will get over on 6th July 2014.

Will i be eligible to appear for final exam in Nov 2013? ( Month left for Articeship completion is 8 months from 1/11/2013.)

I am registered in ipcc 2009 & now i want to convert myself in direct entry scheme but i am in confusion that whether i registered myself in 2009 with article or without article,so from where i can get details of my registration.

If gross Income from Salary & interest (No any other income) is below taxable limit, i.e If gross Salary without any deductions is 1,50,000/- p/a and interest income 500/- p/a in this situation need to file Income tax return?

I have taken termination from my 1st employer on 5th Feb. 2013 after completing articleship of 11 months & 21 days (i.e., from 14th Feb. 2012 to 5th Feb. 2013) till that date I had taken leave for 131 days in which there is excess leave of 94 days according to the termination letter issued by institute, now I want to know that if I join my articleship under 2nd employer from 7th Aug.2013 then what will be the tenure of my articleship & when will it be completed, also when can I appear for my 1st attempt for CA Final Exam.
Plz resolve ASAP.

Pls somebody help me.. I had made my registration for I.P.C.C before a month ago but till now i haven't recieved any registration letter or even a mail. To whom should i contact now..??
