Tally import data query

I have a company whose data is divided into two files in tally erp 9. one from april 11 to dec 11 and the other from jan 12 to mar 12 WITH DIFFERENT MASTERS. HOW CAN I CONVERT INTO ONE COMPANY??

I heard that the chapter Input & Output devices totally excluded from the syllabus, is it so?
may I know if there are any additions in the syllabus from past one one year in fact, I was supposed attempt Group-II in Last november but I am appearing in this November. so please give me the updated syllaby.

Exclusion of certain topics

As per new notification by ICAI about IT of exclusion of certain topics means:------

1) That pages from 1.1 to 1.105 have been deleted or some topics are only deleted

2) Pages from 1.1 to 1.105 contain Ist two chapters ie Introduction to computer & Input output devices means fully deleted or what pls explain.
