I have completed about 3 months of articleship as a CA intermediate under the old scheme.
Now, I wish to transfer my articleship requirement into the new scheme of education.
Do I have to submit an affidavit?
Can someone outline the procedure?

Article appear for their 1 or 2 subjects among the period of Exam days - Leave can be calculated for the entire period of exam days or only for the days article sat for exam

I want to complete it. But I don't I start from where. Need help to guide me to show me right direction.

Sir i need a letter for termination of articleship due to discontinance of cource, i was a direct entry student and already done 2 years of articleship under old scheme but i need to move out of this because it seems like very tough for me so i am dropping this couce.

My Articleship started on 1st July 2023 in old scheme. I wanted to join industrial training (IT) that will be after completion of 18 months of articleship i.e. after December 2024. During this 18 months I have taken 2 months of exam leaves (60 days). No other leaves taken than above.

Then my query is when I will be eligible for IT....after December 2024 or considering the 60 days leaves i.e., after February 2025.

When a company borrows Term loan from Bank and capitalize the interest during construction , so one side the value of fixed asset increase but on liability what amount increases? whether Bank Term Loan will get increased or other liability increases?

I have joined and worked in a firm as article assistant under old scheme (3 years). I have completed my articleship period more than 1 year but if I net of it with my study holidays it was less than 1 year. I have decided to temporarily discontinue CA due to some personal reasons but I will definitely continue my studies after 3 or 4 years. Can I terminate my articleship without any documents by putting early date.

when i joined my ca articleship i was in my bcom third year so i had filled form 112. but now i have completed my bcom and taken admission from mcom. i have filled another form 112 but it gave a error that i shall rovoke my previous form112 but to revoke the previous form means that i have cancled my previous course . but my bcom is completed . so what shall i do

Hello everyone, I wasn't aware of the fact that I needed to submit form 103 while registering so I only submitted form 102. During the 6th month of my articleship i become aware of this and I paid the late fee/penalty and of Rs.1,000 and submitted form 103. A day later i.e. today i received an the response from RO that I have been registered under my principal. However I am aware that a handwritten letter of condonation of delay and certain other things are required to be submitted. But since RO has accepted my application do I need to submit these documents? Or am I out of danger zone. Please revert with helpful responses.
