One of my friend is willing to take transfer in the second year of articleship. He was registered originally on 30th October, 2018. He has concern about from which date he can register under another firm: Suppose He is intimates the Institute on 20th February, 2020 and Institute give him permission to register on 28th February, 2020. Can he register in another firm from 21sth February, 2020 or he has to register on or after 28th February, 2020 because if he registers on 28th February, 2020, then he will miss his May 2021 CA Final attmpt.

Sir,I have taken excess leaves during my articleship period of 3 years, so now i have to submit whether form 108 or 109 to the institute? it will be treated as termination or Completion?

Pl clarify the following

1.The ITO has issued notice to banker to attach the bank account within 15 days from the date of order Issued U/s 143(3) . Is it legally valid ? Since I think we have time to rectify the order within 4 years from the date of order issued U/s 143(3) Further we can also prefer an appeal. Then how can the AO issue attachment notice within such short period? Whether there is any provision like that ?

2. Further can I rectify the order U/s 154 if the AO did not consider part of reply/evidence/documents during the course of assessment?

3.Can I file rectification petition against the order issued U/s 143(3) , if the AO did not allow the time to produce the documents during the course of assessment?

I am working with ca firm from 3 to 4 years.
Now I am passed my ipcc 1st group and want to start my articleship.
Can I take any benefit of my earlier employment in articleship period?

RECENTLY I HAVE JOINED FOR CA IPCC - DIRECT ENTRY METHOD.

MY QUERY IS BEFORE THIS I HAVE 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT RELATED WORKS.AND MY PRESENT SALARY 23K. IF I JOIN ARTICLESHIP WILL I GET SAME SALARY IN ANY CA FIRMS,I KNOW THERE IS ICAI NORMS FOR STY-FUND.

My CA FINAL registration is valid till january 2020. As i am appeared in last exam should i need to revalidate my registration before filling form for may 2020 exam ?

I have given multiple attempt for CA IPCC but not been able to clear... Also I am unable to find the reason for my failure...... whether it is lack of preparation or nervousness or speed or maybe all ? So kindly suggest me how can I prepare for the best
