pls provide with list of top 20Ca firms in mumbai for doing Articleship as i have cleared my Pe-II in may,2007 . is it possible to contiue for final classes alongwith articleship

i would like to know about firms offering articleship in Bangalore and also whether there are any vacancies now.
i would also like to ask whether working as a trainee under a firm which is situated abroad is valid as articleship.

i have cleared my pe 2 examination in May 07.Please help wit my queries.

In my previous query I have been advised to get new EC (as I have availed 5 ahnces in PEII and have cleared only one group). Now, please help me by answering:
i.) To get the new EC what is the minimum requiremnts (I am in Delhi, last time I cleared Sunday Tests, but now I may not be able to avail the Sunday Test scheme due to my nature of schedules).
ii.) What is the earliest time within which I can fulfill the EC requirement & then when can I appear at the earliest for the Group! of PEII.

Please answer pointwist to clear my doubts.

Friend i passed my p.e.II exam in May-07 & for joining an article ship i require a date which is mention in the first registration letter and some how i missplace that registration letter. so,what i wanted to do getting a duplicate copy of that letter any e-mail id or phone no. which is helping to get that letter as soon as possible.

i'm already done with b.com n i cleared pe2 recently.....my concern is whether i should take
-coaching 4 final first n then continue articles
-go 4 articles 4 an year or year n half n then go 4 coaching
or
-articles n coaching together.

I'm appearing CA PE-II(both Groups) in the month of November,07.I'm facing problems particularly in Auditing.I'm following Std.mat,Kamal gupta as reference.How will I prepare case laws?
