I am preparing for CA Final. Pls. help in solving the undermentioned MAFA questions.

What is the present market price per share? what is the maximum premium above above this price that the company could pay in order to take the company private?

i have passed CA PE-II 2nd group and has appeared for Nov.2007 as my 7th attempt . i have completed my articleship in April 2007.i want to ask :

1) whether any more attempts are left for me to appear for PE-II or i have to get registered for PCE

2) If i get registered under PCE , whether i have to appear for both groups or for the remaining one only.what i will be required to do under the new course.
